Credit Made Simple publishes editorial content at creditmadesimple.com.au. If you write to us, we receive the details you choose to send. We do not operate a credit file, we do not on-sell reader lists, and we do not need your driver licence number to answer a question about an article.

What we collect

  • Contact details you type into the contact form or send to support@worldwidebacklinks.com: name, email address, topic and message.
  • Server logs that a host may keep for security — IP address, user agent, and the page requested — for a limited period.
  • Optional analytics cookies if a deployment enables them. The site is written to work without them.

What we do not collect

Do not send copies of credit reports, bank statements, tax file numbers, Medicare numbers or identity documents. If a message includes that material we will delete it and ask you to resend a redacted question. We are not the right inbox for a hardship application or an AFCA complaint.

How we use it

Contact messages are used to reply, to log a correction, or to consider a guest pitch. We keep correspondence as long as the editorial or legal reason lasts, then delete it. We do not use a contact email as a marketing list.

Hosting and processors

The public site may be hosted on infrastructure outside Australia. The contact form posts to our own /api/contact route, which forwards the message to support@worldwidebacklinks.com. Anyone with access to that inbox can read what you sent.

Your rights

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to support@worldwidebacklinks.com. If you are not satisfied, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner handles privacy complaints at oaic.gov.au.

Credit-file access and correction rights are a different system. Those sit with the bureaus and are explained in privacy and credit reporting rights.
